Mirtha Mestanza
Docteure en Ergonomie
Mirtha Mestanza Tuesta holds a doctorate in ergonomics and is affiliated with the ACTé research unit (Activity, Knowledge, Transmission, Education) at Université Clermont Auvergne. Her work focuses on anticipating work practices in contexts of organisational transformation, with research experience in both Peru and France.
